Yoga Basics
Entry-level class with detailed explanation of breathing and emphasis on alignment; good for beginners, or those who enjoy a slower-moving class. All levels welcome.

Hatha Basics
Geared to the beginning and returning student, this class focuses on basic yoga postures and techniques. Basic breathing techniques, postural alignment and yoga philosophy will be introduced. Each class we choose a different theme of exploration to provide a sense of continuity and success in starting out your practice. Ideal for beginners or those wanting a moderately paced class.

Vinyasa Basics
Learn the fundamentals of movement-based yoga in a safe and supportive environment that emphasizes good alignment. Vinyasa basics will teach you how to "go with the flow." Designed for beginning and continuing students interested in exploring more deeply to cultivate greater awareness, endurance and strength.

Vinyasa Flow
Classical yoga postures connecting movement and breath; exhilarating practice that stregthens the body while focusing the mind and awakening the spirit.

Basic knowledge of yoga postures recommended, but modifications offered for beginners.

All levels welcome.

Power Yoga
Body-sculpting, mind-toning, stamina-building, tension-releasing, balance-enhancing intermediate class. Take it to another level with a deep and juicy intermediate class.

All levels welcome.

Lunchtime Yoga
Awaken the body and give the mind a break in a 45 minute series of basic yoga postures: sun salutations, twists, balancing, back-strengthening and heart-opening postures, finally grounding in savasana. Designed to open the body and energy channels over the lunch hour (without much sweat). All levels.

Gentle Yoga
Move through a slow flow of movement, breath and energy. This class will
help build strength and flexibility while relaxing the mind and body. All
levels welcome.

Hatha Yoga
Blend alignment with the flow of Vinyasa, building strength as well as a
sense of well-being and inner stillness. This practice is joyful,
therapeutic, and inspiring. Variations provided for more ease or more
challenge. All levels welcome.

Pilates
Mat exercises targeting the core muscles of the abdomen and back improve
flexibility, coordination and posture. All levels welcome

Open Yoga
A yoga class for everyone - open to all levels, ages, limitations.  The class will teach the foundations to a strong and healthy yoga practice and provide optional modifications to offer greater challenge to those who seek it.  Focus in dialog is the physical and mental, with a goal of connecting all parts of the self.

Stretch-n-Grow with Yoga for Kids
The Fabulously Fun Fitness Program for kids. Stretch-n-Grow is a comprehensive fitness and health education program for kids offered worldwide. Classes will be taught by Sacha Dick, Owner of Stretch-n-Grow of
Douglas County. She makes exercising, "EXERciting!!" We are committed to helping parents establish a foundation of exercise and proper nutrition at an early age. The Stretch-n-Grow program teaches children the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle. With a weekly class with the emphasis on exercise and good food choices, our extensive curriculum covers virtually every wellness issue...self-esteem, safety, hygiene, and environmental issues are just a few examples of our discussion topics. Developmentally appropriate physical movements focusing on the development of the main components of fitness and motor skills as well a creative thinking, problem solving and social skills. Issues such as safety, nutrition and self esteem are also emphasized during each session. Stretch-n-Grow kids learn how to enjoy exercise and eating healthy through games, music and stories.
